Startup funding is basically a bunch of white guys investing money in companies run by other white guys. We hold ourselves, our LPs, founders and co-investors to a higher standard.

D.F.A. Capital has a challenging mission: to change the rules and the status quo of venture capital investing. We ask LPs, VCs and founders to make tough decisions as to where their alliances lie on profit and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). 

Our goal is to generate 4x-10x+ ROI for our LPs and to find sales-driven, exceptionally hungry founders with profitable, scalable, burning-platform ideas. We only work with 3 founder archetypes:
(Hustler, Serial Entrepreneur and Gambler)

D.F.A. Capital typically works with founders in 5 different vertical markets that we know well, and we work with sales-driven founders.
